About Me

I am Crystal L, a visionary artist, healer, and advocate for holistic well-being and community transformation. My work bridges the worlds of psychotherapy, somatic healing, and ancestral wisdom traditions, integrating modalities such as Andean energy medicine, Curanderismo, and trauma-informed somatic practices.  

I have dedicated my life to helping individuals and communities reclaim their purpose, embody their leadership, and heal through deep connection to their inner wisdom. Through my journey from many years of experience as a psychotherapist and somatic healing practitioner, to my studies in Indigenous traditions and spiritual initiations. I have woven a unique approach to healing and leadership that honors both modern science and ancient wisdom.

My calling became clear during my travels to Peru, where I was guided on an adventure that eventually led me to the Condor Temple. It was there that I had a profound and life changing experience. I realized how as humans, we have the potential to “fly”. We have the ability to approach life with a light heart, an expansive perspective, and deep-rooted awareness beyond what we currently think is possible. In this balance of groundedness expansion, we rediscover who we are and unlock new possibilities.  These realizations were only confirmed through ancient text and oral traditions I later received. My work integrates my psychotherapy training with these discoveries. 

As the founder of The Condor Vision, I offer transformational leadership coaching, healing, and holistic consulting for individuals, organizations, and social enterprises looking to create meaningful, sustainable impact.  

I am also the founder of Roots Alive, a community-based initiative that integrates art, culture, and healing to support holistic well-being in marginalized communities and The Center ATX, a restorative healing space.
